Now she is the mother, the sweetest one in the world to alleviate all pangs and miseries from the sphere of the newborn the future human being. To give birth to a child is not an easy task. After prolonged labor pain a mother gives birth to a baby. The post partum care is very necessary for the well being of the mother and the baby. Post partum period is smeared with a stink all the time. The stink is basically due to unhygienic perineum. If there is no regular supervision it may pose trouble. Umbilical Cord and the cord stump are moistened with various particles including hormones that cause odor. Reinforcing of non-hormonal methods, i.e. Lactation Amenorrhea Method is not a negligible source of smell too. Besides, lochia after the birth of the new born containing various hormones and other substances continue for a handful of days. This lochia along with other substances causes a typical odor all the time. If the mother is infected in het virginal area and remains untreated a stink persists. The mother should never be reluctant in keeping constant care of her. It should be remembered that if she does not take proper care of herself she may stink in such a bad manner that care makers and doctors may feel embarrassed.
